Echo: Amazing Pizza! Amazingly low Prices!
It was cheaper than Pizza hut Dominos or Harpos. And the quality of the pizzas were far superior.
Once again my regard for those who managed the Cinnamon chain of hotels went one notch higher on how they manage to cater to every price point. I know for a fact that the pastries at their deli are cheaper than what you would pay for a item of lesser quality at the fab. Sadly the only thing at echo which was priced below market rates are the pizzas. But the quality of the service and food is such that it is worth every penny. Specially if you are in the mood to splurge on a good steak that is the place to head to. And the desserts are great too. I also was quite impressed in the way the names of the italian dishes slipped out of the mouths of the waiters so naturally. One could be forgiven for thinking that these guys had worked in Italy before.
Howeve there seems to be an fly in the oinment. A restaurant of this calibre does not have the facility to swipe a credit card and it has to be sent to the main hotel for processing which generally takes about ten to fifteen minutes. Which is about the same amount of time we took to gobble down the three pizzas we brought home since it was absolutely delicious.
