Are the rats about to flee the ship? Conspiracy Theory 1 of many more to come methinks?

Well today someone drew a line and connected the dots between what I thought were two unrelated incidents. The first was that journalists were banned from the airport. The second was that Central Bank now allows Foreign Currency to be transferred abroad as investments. Apparently this is so that vast amounts of black money can be transferred out legally just in case the other candidate wins. Also a lot of important relatives are planning to fly out just before the elections just in case things might not turn out to their advantage. Things are getting curioser and curioser to say the least.
